The City Is Seeking To Purchase Forklift Units With A Range Of Lifting Capacities, Equipped With A Variety Of Optional Accessories That Can Be Added To The Base Unit As Needed. These Units Will Be Used For Diverse Municipal Operations In Both Indoor And Outdoor Settings And Must Be Capable Of Reliable Performance In Calgary’S Extreme Weather Conditions. As Such, The Scope Of This Rfp Includes, But Is Not Limited To, The Following Schedules:•Schedule A – Battery Electric Counterbalance Rider Sit-Down Forklift Trucks•Schedule B – Internal Combustion Engine (Diesel, Propane/Lpg, Cng, Etc.) Counterbalance Rider Sit-Down Forklift Trucks•Schedule C – Hydrogen Fuel Cell Electric Counterbalance Rider Sit Down Forklift Trucks•Schedule D – Battery Electric To Hydrogen Fuel Cell Electric Conversion Retrofit Counterbalance Rider Sit Down Forklift Truckswhen Required, The City Will Reach Out To Each Awarded Supplier To Collaborate And Finalize The Requirements And Specifications For Each Unit Prior To Ordering To Ensure Accuracy Before Delivery. Each Supplier Will Be Expected To Deliver The Required Units, Applicable Accessories, Training, Parts, And Service Support Throughout The Contract Period.
