The Client Shall Enter Into A Contract With One Supplier For The Delivery Of A Cloud -Based Service Platform (Saas) For Esm/Itsm, Including Establishment, Operation, Management And Necessary Additional Services. The Solution Must Be Provided As A Software As A Service (Saas) And Meet Current Information Security Requirements And Privacy In The Public Sector. The Agreement Has A Duration Of Four (4) Years, With An Option To Extension For Up To Four (4) Times One (1) Year. The Contract Is Entered Into According To Model Of Ssa-Lille Sky, With Associated Vouchers.
