The Contract Covers The Following Categories Of Activities: 1. Investment Design: Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase On All Necessary Parts For The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works At The Site: Major Renovation/Replacement Of Water Supply And Public Works On Petar Karapetrov Street By Fr. 128 To Fr. 86 “Including The Coordination Of The Prepared Investment Project With All Competent Authorities And Operating Companies /, If Necessary / To The Degree Of Readiness For Assignment, The Implementation Of An Assessment Of Conformity According To Article 142, Paragraph 1 Of The Spatial Planning Act And The Issuance Of A Building Permit. The Design Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Performance Contract, This Technical Specification, Zut, Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001. For The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, As Well As All Applicable Technical Standards, Norms And Provisions Of The Current Bulgarian Legislation And Legislation Of The European Community, Including The Specific Requirements In The Field Of Environmental Protection And Water. 2.The Completion Of Construction And Assembly Works Construction And Installation Works Should Be Fulfilled In Accordance With The Terms Of: The Performance Contract; The Prepared, Agreed And Approved Investment Project, Including; The Quantitative, Quantitative Accounts To It; Of The Spa, As Well As All Applicable Technical Standards, Norms And Provisions Of The Current Bulgarian Legislation And Legislation Of The European Community, Including The Specific Normative Requirements In The Field Of Environmental Protection And Water; All Regulatory Requirements Relating To Ensure Healthy And Safety At Work And Fire Safety. 3. Exercise Of Copyright Supervision Carried Out During The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works The Authors Supervision Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Terms Of The Implementation Contract, The Spatial Planning Act, As Well As All The Applicable Technical Standards, Norms And Provisions Of The Current Bulgarian Legislation And The Legislation Of The European Community.
