Unusual Acts, Or Others Due To Unforeseen Circumstances. The Execution Of This Contract Will Be Carried Out In The Municipal Buildings And Facilities Included In The Object Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Relationship Of Centers And In Accordance With The Execution Conditions Established In The Justifying Report Of The Contract, In The Specifications Of Technical Conditions, Which Are Part Of The File. Also, The Object Of The Contract Is Part Of The Extraordinary Services And The Changes Of Dependencies By Transfers And/Or Restructuring, In The Terms Established In The Specifications Of Technical Conditions. Lexecution Of The Object Of This Contract Will Be Carried Out With Subject To The Provisions Of This Plec, In The Justifying Report Of The Contract And The Specifications Of Technical Conditions And According To The Instructions Provided By The Person In Charge Of The Designated Contract.
