1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Wooden Stairs And Replacement Of Floor Coverings On Evacuation Roads At The Tax Office In Kępno At Ul. Rynek 4.2. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out At An Active Facility. The Construction Of The Construction Will Be Transferred In Full. 3. The Contracting Authority, Before Signing The Public Procurement Contract, Requires The Contractor To Submit A Cost Estimate, Which Is The Basis For Calculating The Offer, Which Is Auxiliary Document In The Event Of A Partial Settlement By The Ordering Party. 4. If The Documentation Of The Proceedings Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Norms, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Art. 99 Para. 5 And Article 101 Para. 4 Pzp, Allows The Offering Of Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Utility Features, Which The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet To Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Are Only A Qualitative Model Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Utility Features, The Contracting Authority Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Generally Available Sources, Such As Catalogs Or Websites Of Manufacturers. Operating Examples Of The Manufacturers Names Is Only Aimed At Clarifying The Level Of Expectations Of The Employer In Relation To A Specific Solution. Using The Names Of Producers/Products Is Only An Exemplary Character. The Employer, Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product In Design Documentation Or Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works, At The Same Time Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Utility Features At Least At The Level Of Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Each Product With Indicated Or Better Parameters. In Such A Situation, The Employer Requires The Submission Of Relevant Documents That Make These Materials Or Devices Specify.
