The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Entitled Reconstruction Of The Existing Health Service Building At 2A Siedlce Street In Police, Administered By The Municipal And Mieszkani Gospodarki Zakład In Police, In Order To Lead To Compliance With Fire Protection Regulations Together With Accompanying Works 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In: Annex 13 To Swz, Design Documentation, Constituting Annex 12 To Swz, Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex 5 A-C To Swz, And Auxiliary Of The Works Of Works, Constituting Annex 6 A-C To Swz.3. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Detailed Requirements Referred To In The Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex 5 A -C To Swz. Any Media Exclusion Must Previously Report To The Contracting Authority And Obtain His Consent. 4. The Own Names Given In The Documentation Are Only Sample Names. The Contracting Authority Has Made Due Diligence To Eliminate All Own Names From The Order Documents. However, If The Order Documents Include An Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor (Own Names) And The Contracting Authority Did Not Specify The Equivalence Criteria Referred To In Article 99 (6) Of The Public Procurement Law, It Should Be Treated As Inconsistent. In Connection With The Above, The Employer Does Not Require That The Subject Of The Contract Is Implemented Using The Equivalent Materials And Products Indicated By The Name. Operating Examples Of The Manufacturers Names Is Only Aimed At Clarifying The Level Of Expectations Of The Employer In Relation To A Specific Solution And Is Only An Example. 5. In The Event Of References To Norms, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Item 1 Item 2 And Paragraph 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed. In The Case Of Offering Equivalent Solutions, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Along With The Offer A Description Of Equivalent Solutions And Show That They Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer. Whenever The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract There Are References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Added After Their Sound Or Equivalent. 6. Materials And Devices Are Allowed To Equivalent To The Documentation Cited In The Documentation. Materials And Devices Equivalent In Accordance With Their Definition Must Have Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated, For Example, In The Design Documentation And In The Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works.
