1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Within The Staircase Of The Building At Pl. Town Hall 3, 4 In Bielsko-Biała: 1) Preparatory Work, Floor Protection With Stairs, 2) Replacement Together With The Assembly Of Additional Lighting Lamps In Common Parts For Led Lighting With Motion Sensors, Including Partly With The Emergency Module, 3) Renovation Of The Door And Window Joinery In Terms Of Removal Of Faults And Painting. A Replacement Solution Is Allowed To Replace The Main Doors With A New Building, With A Form Similar To The Existing State, In Consultation With The Provincial Office For The Protection Of Monuments, 4) Replacement Of Roof Skylight And A Hatch Based On Arrangements With The Provincial Office For The Protection Of Monuments Or, Interchangeably, Renovation Of Roof Skylight With Exchange Of Glazing For New, Set On An Additional Aluminum Tanker, 5) Strengthening The Lower Layers Of The Ceiling In The Area Of The Roof Hatch, Due To Damage Caused By Leaks Of The Existing Skylight, 6) Preparing The Substrate Along With The Painting Of The Walls And Ceilings Of The Staircase And Corridors For Residential And Commercial Premises In Existing Colors, 7) Painting Gas Installation. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Technical Documentation, Including: 1) Bill Of Quantities, 2) The Opinion Of The Provincial Office For The Protection Of Monuments In Katowice, Delegation In Bielsko-Biała Of 08.04.2025 B-Nr. 5183.28.2025.Pw, 3) Permit Of 22.05.2025 No. Bb/395/2025 To Take Other Actions At The Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments, Constituting Attachments No. 2, 3 And 3A To The Specification, Called The Specification In Total, Technical Documentation.
