1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Renovation Of Uninhabited Residential Premises. 2. The Order In Part 1 Of The Order Applies To Premises Located In Bielsko-Biała: A) Residential Premises At Ul. Armii Krajowej 141/58, B) Temporary Premises At Ul. Filomatów 1/9, C) Residential Premises At Ul. Wita Stwosza 14/213. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract For Part 1 Was Specified In: 1) The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Constitutes Annex 2.1A To The Specification, 2) Technical Documentation (Bill Of Quantities), Which Constitutes Annex 2.1B To The Specification. 4. Renovations Of Individual Premises In Part 1, Which Make Up The Subject Of The Contract, Should Be Carried Out On The Following Dates, Calculated Until The Date Of Handing Over The Workplace (Premises For Renovation) Of The Contractor: A) Residential Premises At Ul. Armii Krajowej 141/58 - Up To 30 Days; B) Temporary Premises At Ul. Filomatów 1/9 - Up To 14 Days; C) Residential Premises At Ul. Wita Stwosza 14/21 - Up To 30 Days; 5. Workshop (Premises) Will Be Reported To The Contractor Within 7 Days From The Date Of The Contract.
