1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Renovation Of Voivodship Road No. 727 At Km 30+000 To Km 34+100, Municipality Of Borkowice, Przysuski Poviat, Masovian Voivodeship - Procedure No. 149/25.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Tender Documentation (Part Iii Swz) And In The Pre -City Of Works (Part Iv Swz). The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop A Permanent Traffic Organization Update Along With Its Approval. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure At His Own Expense Safe Traffic And Pedestrian Conditions In The Area Of The Works Under The Contract Based On The Project Of Traffic Organization, For The Duration Of Construction Prepared By And At The Contractors Expense. 3. If In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process, Which Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions. In The Event Of Referring In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy (Civil Liability) For Damages Caused During The Performance Of The Contract Regarding The Contract And Third Parties For The Entire Period Of The Contract And For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than The Amount Of Pln 1,000,000. 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer A Copy Of The Current And Paid Policy To The Contracting Authority Within 14 Days From The Date Of The Contract. Provided The Insurance, The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Presenting Several Policies In The Course Of The Contract Confirming The Possession Of Insurance (Civil Liability) Covering The Entire Period Of The Contract In Total. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer To The Contracting Authority A Copy Of The Next Current Policy Within 7 Days Of The Expiry Date Of The Previous Policy. If The Contractor Does Not Fulfill The Above Obligation, The Employer Will Charge The Contractor Contractual Penalties For Late Payment In The Amount Specified In The Contract. 3) In The Absence Of A Copy Of The Current And Paid Insurance Policy (Oc) Within 14 Days From The Date Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Will Have The Right To Withdraw From The Contract For Reasons For The Contractor.
