Registration Number: 3723/4, 3723/3, 3728/1 In Spytkowice. The Setting Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specifies The Bill Of Quantities And Stwiorb. This Purpose Is An Attachment To The Announcement Of The Procedure And Is Available On The Website Of The Conducted Proceedings. In Relation To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law In A Situation, If In The Pre -Emptive Of Works Or Stwiorb, I.E. According To Art. 101 Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described In These Documents, Is Obliged To Prove By Joining The Relevant Evidence In Question Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified By The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract.
