The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Called: Construction Of A Kindergarten And A Childrens Club In The City And Municipality Of Piwniczna - Zdrój 2. The Order Of The Order Includes: 1) Construction Of A Kindergarten Building And A Childrens Club In The City And A Commune Piwniczna - Zdrój Along With The Land Use And The Implementation Of Installations And Networks, Access And Playground, 2) Delivery And Assembly Of Information Boards, 3) Ordering The Area After The Works Carried Out Along With The Export And Utilization Of Debris And Garbage, And Possible Excess Earth, 4) Preparation Of Relevant Documents (Decisions, Provisions, Opinions, Documents, Etc.) The Contracting Authority Of All Acceptance Preceding The Decision Of The Use Permit, Including The Development Of A Fire Scenario And Fire Instructions, As Well As The Performance Of Works Arising From The Above Documents And Project Documentation, And Necessary To Obtain The Final Decision Of The Permit For Use (Or Other Relevant Equivalent Document Confirming The Admission Of The Subject Of The Contract For Use/Operation) 5) Reporting The Ordering Party To The Contracting Authority, Acceptance Documents And As -Built Documentation, Together With The Contractor Obtaining A Decision Of The Final Permission To Use (Or Other Appropriate Equivalent Document Confirming The Admission Of The Subject Of The Contract For Use).
