The Subject Of The Contract Is The Contractor To Develop Complete Project Documentation Along With Obtaining And Performing The Required Analyzes, Studies, Opinions, Arrangements Together With Obtaining A Building Permit, As Well As Performing The Function Of Author And Conservation Supervision For The Task: Thermo -Modernization Of The Historic Building Located In Sopot At Adama Mickiewicza 36 In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constituting Annex 1 To Swz And The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz. The Commissioning Will Be Co-Financed From European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment As Part Of Project No. Fenx.01.01.01-Iw.01-0047/24 Pn. Thermomodernization Of A Historic Building Located In Sopot At Adama Mickiewicza Street 36. 2. The Order Includes: A) Developing A Complete Multi-Branch Design And Cost Documentation Covering Construction And Installation Works And Conservation Works Necessary To Carry Out Comprehensive Thermomodernization Of The Historic Building In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Pomeranian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, The Provisions Of Construction Law And The Principles Of Protection Of Monuments. Permits, In This Building Permit, Conservation Opinion And The Required Decisions Of Public Administration Bodies. 20 Para. 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law.D) Performing Conservation Supervision By A Person With Appropriate Permissions.
