1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase, Delivery, Unloading, Assembly And Launch Of Exercise Sets: Industrial Lighting, Inputs, Outputs, Parking, Lights, Elevator And Belt Conveyor, Industrial Automation From Plc, With A Touch Panel And A Timer, And Training The Multi -Profile School Complex In Tarnowskie Góry, As Described By The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 4 To Swz As Part Of The Project Entitled Transformation Campaign Co -Financed By The European Union Within The Fund For The Just Transformation. 2. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place To Technical Secondary School No. 5 In The Multi -Proprophil School Complex In Tarnowskie Góry Ul. Sienkiewicza 6, 42-600 Tarnowskie Góry. 3. The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Quality Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be In Line With Applicable Regulations And Technical Standards. The Offered Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract Must Be The Property Of The Contractor Not Burdened With The Laws For Third Parties And Be Factory -New, Obtained Through A Legal Distribution Channel For The Polish Market. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Should Have A Warranty Period Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz And Is Counted From The Date Of Signing By Both Parties To The Disagreement Protocol, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract5.
