The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service Involving The Technical Service Of Heating, Ventilation And Air -Conditioning Devices In The Buildings Of The Ordering Party - Jan Kochanowski University In Kielce. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Distribution Of Devices In Individual University Facilities Includes Annex 1 To This Swz. As Part Of The Maintenance Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Minor Repairs Of Current Preserved Systems, Installations And Equipment At His Own Expense. The Employer As A Small Current Repair Defines The Repair Of A Damaged System/Installation/Device Caused By Normal, Current Use Of The System/Installation/Device - According To Its Purpose, E.G.
