The Subject Of The Contract Is Successive Delivery: - Thick Aggregate Clinic 4/31.5 Mm - A Thick Aggregate Content Of 75%, Sand Content 0/4, Maximum 25% - In The Amount Of 1000 Tons; - Fraction Aggregates 0-31.5 Mm (C50/10) - In The Amount Of 500 Tons - Grains Shifted Or Broken More Than 65%, Grains Completely Shifted Or More 50%, Completely Rounded Grains, No More Than 10% For Continuous Grainness, Intended For Ongoing Maintenance Of Municipal Dirt Roads. 2. Aggels Must Meet The Requirements For Mixtures To The Substantive Foundation Layers According To Wt-4 2010-A Sieve Analysis Must Meet The Requirements Of Border Curves For A Mixture Of 0/31.5 Mm. The Aggregate Intended For Road Works Must Meet Pn-En 13242.3 Standards. During The Duration Of The Contract, The Supply Of Materials For Repairing The Surface Of The Dirt Roads Will Take Place According To The Demand Reported By The Employer, After Prior Arrangement. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The First Batch Of Material The Certificate Of An Independent Entity Authorized To Control Aggregate. Attest Should Be Determined By Aggregate Grainness, Sand Indicator, Variance Indicator, Aggregate Inspection Indicator 5. The Supplier Will Deliver The Ordered Goods Successively, By Self -Relief Cars In Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, In The Dywity Commune, Directly On The Renovated Road. 6. The Size And Place Of Delivery Will Be Determined By The Employer - Electronically. 7. The Delivered Goods Will Be Received By The Ordering Party Or A Person Authorized By Him Based On The Print And Weight Receipt, Confirmed By The Signatures Of The Ordering Party And The Supplier Or Persons Authorized By Them. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Check The Quantity And Quality Of The Goods Delivered. 8. The Cost Of Transporting Aggregates And Their Unloading In The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority Lies With The Contractor. 9. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Check The Subject Of The Contract By A Specialized Unit (E.G. Road Laboratory). The Test Result Will Be Binding On Both Sides. If The Supplier Is Obliged To Reimburse The Contracting Authority As A Result Of The Examination. 10. A One -Time Aggregate Order Will Be A Minimum Of 10 T And No More Than 200 T.
