1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Student Nutrition Service Along With The Running Of The Canteen In The School Complex No. 129.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz.3. Meals Will Be Prepared In The Kitchen Run By The Contractor Located In The Building At Ul. Concert 4 W (02-878) Warsaw, Which Will Be Hired By The Contractor On The Basis Of A Lease Agreement, Whose Planned Provisions Were Included In Annex 2B. The Applicant Obliges The Contractor To Prepare Meals Only In The Kitchen Indicated Above. 4. The Contracting Authority Uses A Social Clause In This Order Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority Requires Employment Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Performing The Following Activities During The Performance Of The Contract: 1) Preparing And Cooking Meals; 2) Issuing Meals; 3) Preparing A Menu;- With The Exception Of The Situation In Which The Above-Mentioned Activities Are Performed By The Contractor Being A Natural Person Conducting Business Activity. 5. Pursuant To Ordinance No. 1302/2017 Of The President Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Of August 3, 2017 On Determining The Conditions For Using Canteens In Kindergartens And Schools Of The Capital City Of Warsaw And The Authorization Of Schools And Kindergarten Directors To Release From Fees For Meals: 1) The Fee For Bunch Of The Boiler At The Primary School Cannot Be Higher Than Pln 15 Gross; 2) Fee For Bay To The Boiler In High School Cannot Be Higher Than Pln 17 Gross.
