The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of A Power Generator For The Bakałarzewo Commune Office As An Emergency Power Source For It Equipment As Part Of The Cyber -Secured Local Government Project. The Scope Of Delivery Includes A Brand New Power Generator With A Diesel Engine With A Rated Power Min. 50 Kva/40 Kw A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1.1 To Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Abovementioned The Attachment Consists Of Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Minimum Requirements Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Contract, Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.
