The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Documentation For Thermomodernization Of The Building Of The Municipal Office In Sokółka Consisting In The Expansion, Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Municipal Office In Sokółka Taking Into Account Thermomodernization And Increasing The Architectural Availability Of The Building For People With Special Needs, I.E. The Implementation Of Technical, Executive, Design And Distribution Of The Building. The Facility Is Located On Plot No. 977/1 Podlasie Voivodeship, Sokólski Poviat, Sokółka Commune, Sokółka City (201108_4.0034.977/1). The Building Is Partly Basement And Has 3 Floors, Including A Usable Attic. The Facility Is Used. The Offices Work Should Be Ensured During Design Work. The Investment Is Located In Conservation Protection - The Urban Layout Of The City Of Sokółka, While The Building Is Not Entered In The Register Of Monuments. The Planned Investment Area Is Covered By A Spatial Development Plan In Accordance With Resolution No. Xlii/325/09 Of The City Council In Sokółka Of October 12, 2009 Regarding The Amendment Of The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The City Of Sokółka Within The Administrative Borders And Part Of The Area Of The Sokółka Commune, As The Area Marked In The Plan Of The Ua Symbol Designed For The Development Of Administration Services. The Design Documentation Of The Reconstruction Of The Area Will Be Subject To Agreement, In This Respect With The Podlasie Voivodship Conservator Of Monuments In Accordance With Art. 39 Of The Construction Law. 2. The Developed Documentation Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Polish Law In Particular, Meet The Assumptions Of The Program Announced By The Marshals Office Of The Podlasie Voivodship Under Measure 2.1 Energy Efficiency, Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of Public Utilities And Multi -Family Municipal Buildings.
