1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Hotel And Gastronomy Service And The Rental Of Conference Rooms During The Training Of Judges Of The District Court In Konin And District Courts In The Konin District (District Court In Konin, District Court In Koło, District Court In Słupca And The District Court In Turku) On September 17-19, 2025. 2 B) Ii Group - 52 Thematic People For Judges Adjudicating In Civil, Family And Minors, Work And Economic Departments Of The District Court In Konin And District Courts In The Konin District And Invited Guests. 3. The Arrival And Accommodation Of Participants Of Both Groups Will Take Place On September 17, 2025 From 13:00, Departure September 19, 2025 From 11: 30.4. The Facility Must Be Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Karpacz. 5. Accommodation Of Training Participants At A Hotel With A Standard Of At Least 4* Stars, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of 19 August 2014 On Hotel Facilities And Other Facilities In Which Hotel Services Are Provided (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2166, I.E. Tourism (Cwih) Or In A Hotel Facility Not Entered In The Central Register Of The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism With A Standard Not Less Than For 4* Christmas Hotels In Accordance With The Abovementioned Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of 19 August 2014. Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Karpacz. At Each Request Of The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Is Obliged To Show A Copy Of Documents Certifying The Classification Of The Object, Its Location And Meeting The Requirements Provided For In Applicable Law. 6. The Contracting Authoritys Disposal Rooms With Bathrooms Will Be Available, Located In One Building, In The Number:  19 Single Rooms,  Other Double Rooms,  It Is Also Possible To Use 2-Person Rooms As 1-Person Rooms, In The Price Of 1-Person Rooms,  Free Guarded Parking Spaces For Passenger Cars Of Training Participants At A Distance Of Up To 200 M From The Facility (Counting From The Parking Lot To The Entrance To The Object). 7. The Final Number Of Participants Will Be Confirmed For 10 Calendar Days Before Starting The Training. It Is Possible To Reduce The Number Of People By A Maximum Of 25%.8. The Stay And Meals Of Participants And Training Should Be Located In The Same Building. In The Absence Of Participants Accommodation In One Building, The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Accommodation In More Than One Building, But Not More Than In Three And Provided That The Distance Between All, Individual Buildings Will Not Be More Than 100 Meters. 9. Food During The Training Includes For Each Group:  2 Times Breakfast,  2 Times Lunches,  3 Times Coffee Service (Available Throughout The Duration Of Training Classes),  1 Time Dinner,  1 Time A Gala Dinner On The First Day Of Training. 10. On September 17, 2025 (Day Of Arrival Of The Groups) After The Participants Accommodation, There Will Be A Solemn Dinner F
