I. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Multi -Branch Project Documentation Together With The Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Distrms And Investor Costs Together With All The Elements Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit, Industry Technical Acceptance And Use Permit, Decisions, Arrangements, Etc. The Implementation Was Included In The Tender Documentation, In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex 5 To Swz) And The Draft Contract (Annex 4 To Swz). The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Applying To The Employer For A Power Of Attorney, B) Presenting To The Contracting Authority The Concept Of The Object Together With The Visualization And The Proposed Scope Of Works And Estimated Costs Related To The Construction Of The Object In Question And Obtaining The Acceptance Of The Employer, C) Developing Project Documentation In A Manner Consistent With The Requirements Of The Construction Law, The Arrangements Specified In Technical Conditions Regarding The Construction Intention, Applicable Regulations And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, As Well As Providing It With A Clause On Completeness From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is To Serve And Make A Statement That The Paper Version Of The Documentation Is In Accordance With The Electronic Version.D) Ensuring Participation In The Development Of Documentation Of Persons With Construction Qualifications To Design In The Appropriate Specialty And Mutual Technical Coordinating Of Project Studies Provided By These Persons, Ensuring Consideration Included In The Provisions Of Security And Security Principles Included In The Provisions Health In The Construction Process, Taking Into Account The Specifics Of The Planned Building, E) Conducting Research Of Soil Substrate At The Place Of Foundation Of The Object, F) Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes, Technical Conditions, Required Opinions, Arrangements And Checking Of Design Solutions To The Extent Resulting From The Provisions Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit, G) Enforcement Of Inventory To The Development Of Project Document H) Preparing Information On Safety And Health Protection Due To The Specificity Of The Planned Building, Included In The Safety And Health Protection Plan, And Determining The Area Of The Impact Of The Object, I) Explaining Doubts Regarding The Design And The Solutions Contained In It, J) Ensuring Checking The Construction Project In Terms Of Compliance With The Regulations, Including Technical And Construction Specialties, K) Close Cooperation With The Employer Throughout The Entire Period Of The Contract And At The Stage Of Obtaining A Building Permit Decision At The Scope Of Works Covered By The Project Documentation, L) Immediate And Free Provision Of Answers And Explanations In Writing Or By E -Mail On Questions Regarding The Subject Of The Contract That Will Receive The Contracting Authority During The Tender
