Contracting Of A Financial Institution Authorized To Provide Banking Services For The Management And Processing Of The Payroll Of Effective Municipal Civil Servants, Commissioned, Hired, Inactive And Pensioners Of The Direct Administration Of The City Hall Of Salitre/Ce, Including: I) Processing Of Payments From The Payroll Of Active, Commissioned, Inactive, Retired And Pensioners Of The Direct Administration Bodies And Pensioners Of The Directors Of The Direct Administration. And Indirect Of The Executive Power Of The Municipality; Ii) Granting Of Payroll Loans To The Servants Mentioned In Paragraph “A” Above, Without Exclusivity, As Described In The Term Of Reference. Iii) Payment Of Suppliers, On A Preferential Basis.
