Contracting Of Translation And Interpretation Services Of The Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) To The Portuguese Language And Vice Versa, In The Modalities Spoken, Signposted Or Written, In Simultaneous And Consecutive Forms, Live Or Rehearsed, Recorded Or Not, To Be Provided 100% In The Headquarters Of The Legislature, With The Assignment Of Use Of Image And Voice, Within The Itararé City Council, Also Comprises All Speeches And Readings During The Sessions During The Sessions. Ordinary And Extraordinary Itararé City Council, For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months, With 2 (Two) Interpreters Per Hour, In The Face Of The Headquarters Of The Legislature Of Itararé, According To Conditions And Requirements Established In The Term Of Reference.
