The Tendered Products Indicated Below, Correspond To The Purchase Of Various Spare Parts, Required For Establishment Units And Services. The Proponents May Present More Than One Technical And Economic Offer For Each Tendered Product Provided That The Different Options Of That Comply With The Technical Specifications Required In These Administrative Bases. The Supplier Must Deliver The Product Awarded, According To The Requirement, Within A Delivery Period, Which May Not Exceed 5 Business Days, Counting On The Date Of Acceptance Of The Respective Purchase Order. The Purchase Order Shall Be Understood As If It Is Not Rejected Within 24 Hours From Its Notification. The Demanded Amounts Of The Bidding Entity Will Be In Accordance With The Monthly Program For A Period Of 24 Months.
