Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 08 Nos Cryogenic Liquid Oxygen Storage Tanks for the Ministry of Health & Mass Media. Site Capacity (Liter) 1 District General Hospital - Embilipitiya 6,000 2 Apeksha Hospital - Maharagama 3,000 & 6,000 3 Sirimavo Bandaranayake Specialized Childrens Hospital - Peradeniya 6,000 4 Teaching Hospital - Ratnapura 10,000 5 District General Hospital - Kegalle 6,000 6 Teaching Hospital - Kurunegala 20,000 7 Teaching Hospital - Anuradhapura 20,000 A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Additional Secretary (Procurement), Ministry of Health & Mass Media, 2nd Floor, Medihouse Building, No. 26, Sri Sangaraja Mawatha, Colombo 10 from 09.07.2025 until 13.08.2025 from 09.00 hrs to 14.30 hrs, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 40,000.00. The method of payment will be by cash only. Bids shall be delivered to the address below, on or before lO.OOhrs in 14.08.2025. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing, in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bid shall be valid for 91 days from Bid closing date of 13.11.2025 or any extended period requested by client. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 2,500,000.00 and should be addressed to Secretary, Ministry of Health & Mass Media. Bid security shall be valid up to Date 11.12.2025 (119 Days) from date of closing of the bids.
