Tenders are invited for Supply of Twenty Five (25) Numbers Walk behind Type Vibrating Rollers Interested eligible bidders can inspect the Bidding Document from 09/07/2025 to 01/08/2025 between 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on any working day at the Office of the Deputy Director General (Mechanical), located at 5th Floor, Maganeguma Mahamedura, No. 216, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Koswatta, Battaramulla. Complete set of Bidding Document in English language shall be purchased from 09/07/2025 to 01/08/2025 between 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on any working day from the office of the Deputy Director General (Mechanical), located at 5th Floor, Maganeguma Mahamedura, No. 216, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Koswatta, Battaramulla, upon payment of non-refundable bid document fee of Sri Lankan Rupees 17,700.00 including VAT paid in cash. The bidding document will not be mailed. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 21/07/2025 at 2.00 p.m. at the Office of Deputy Director General (Mechanical), located at 5th Floor, Maganeguma Mahamedura, No. 216, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Koswatta, Battaramulla. Maximum of two (02) representatives from each organization with proof of identity will be permitted to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bids in duplicate must be submitted at the office of the Director General, Road Development Authority located at 1st Floor, Maganeguma Mahamedura, No. 216, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Koswatta, Battaramulla, at or before 2.00 p.m. (Sri Lanka Standard Time) on 04/08/2025. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened at the office of the Deputy Director General (Mechanical), located at 5Ih Floor, Maganeguma Mahamedura, No. 216, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Koswatta, Battaramulla, immediately after closing of submission of bids, in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person. All bids must be accompanied by a valid Bid-Security,for the amount of Sri Lankan Rupees One Million and Five Flundred Thousand (Rs. 1,500,000.00).
