Analyze the Congolese financial market. Propose an approach for establishing a modern trading room in line with international standards. Design a strategic plan for implementing the trading room and estimate related costs. Identify human resource needs and required skillsets. Develop an operational procedures manual for the trading room. Propose changes to the current information system to ensure optimal functionality of the future trading room. Identify IT hardware and software needs and prepare technical specifications for procurement. Assess capacity-building requirements and design a training plan for trading room participants. Propose an appropriate administrative structure to support the trading room, taking risk management into account. Propose the layout/design of premises, if needed. Identify any additional essential requirements for the successful establishment and operation of the trading room.
