The Heard County Board Of Commissioners Is Seeking Sealed Proposals From Qualified And Independent Insurance Brokers To Provide Comprehensive Employee Benefits Consulting Services. The Selected Firm Will Work Closely With County Leadership And Human Resources To Strategically Design, Evaluate, And Negotiate Cost-Effective, Competitive Employee Benefit Plans For Approximately 170 Full-Time Employees.Key Services Include, But Are Not Limited To: Annual Plan Renewals And Negotiations, Carrier Marketing And Analysis, Compliance With Federal And State Laws (Including Aca And Hipaa), Plan Performance Reviews, Employee Communication Strategy, And Ongoing Consultation Throughout The Year. The Successful Proposer Must Be Licensed In Georgia, Unaffiliated With Any Carrier, And Have At Least Five (5) Years Of Experience Working With Public-Sector Clients Of Similar Size.
