The Subject Of The Contract Provides For The Execution Of Conservation And Restoration Activities For The Restoration Of The Authentic Type Of The Building And Its Volume-Spatial Perception, In Accordance With The Coordinations Made With The Ministry Of Culture-The National Institute Of Real Cultural Heritage. When Implementing The Activities, The Principle Of Storage Of Original Plastic Elements Of Plaster And Stone Should Be Observed. Facade Activities Are Provided - Plaster, Incl. Revision, Removal Of Paint Residues To A Solid Base; Knocking Compromised Plaster To A Solid Base; Washing; Priming; Equalizing Plaster, Priming, Plastering For Harmonization Of The Surface; Priming And Application Of Decorative And Sewn Coating /Paint /. It Is Necessary To Clean The Decorative Plastic Elements And Profiles On The Facades From Layers From Previous Coatings. If There Are Damage, Cracks And Missing Elements And Details In Places, They Are Filled And Model In Place With A Special Mortar For Casting. It Should Be Borne In Mind That Before Such Manipulation, The Profiles And Parts Must Be Treated With A Deep Penetrating Primer To Strengthen The Base And Improve The Adhesion Of The Original To The Mortar, With The Lining Profiles With The Help Of Made Templates And With A Special Composition For Casting - Ready Solution. The Subject Of The Contract Provides The Following Stone Lining Operations - Granite - Cleansing, Reconstruction, Grouts, Hydrophobic And Anti -Grain Processing; As Well As Stone Plastic - Limestone: Cleaning, Reconstruction, Hydrophobisation. The School Building Is A Real Cultural Value, Declared In 1976 By The Nipk And Announced In The State Gazette No. 40/1978 For The Architectural And Construction Monument Of The Category Local Importance. The Site Is The Fourth Category Of Construction According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4, Letter E Of The Spa, Art. 8, Para. 6, In Conjunction With Art. 9 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 30.07.2003 On The Nomenclature Of The Types Of Construction, The First Group According To The Rules For The Procedure For Entry And Keeping Of The Central Professional Register Of The Builder (Cprs).
