The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is: Implementation Of Construction Works For The Site: Heat Supply And Subscriber Station Of A Residential Building With Underground Garages And Substation In Rle Iv-2453 (759), Square 511, Druzhba- Extension, Sofia District, Sofia. The Object Of The Construction Works Is The Third Category Of Construction, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Spa. The Construction Falls In The Third Group, In Accordance With The Regulations For The Procedure For Entry And Keeping Of The Central Professional Register Of The Builder. The Circumstances Related To The Beginning, Implementation And Acceptance Of The Construction Works, And The Commissioning Of The Site Shall Be Certified By The Preparation And Signing Of The Participants Of The Respective Acts And Protocols In Accordance With Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003 On The Drafting Of Acts And Protocols During The Construction Of The Mrdpw, Promulgated, Sg, Pcs. 72 Of August 15, 2003 The Technical Implementation Of The Construction Must Be Fulfilled In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Applicable Regulations, Including The Zut And The Regulations Thereto; The Technical Specifications Of The Construction Products, Materials And Equipment Embedded In The Construction; And The Minimum Requirements For Healthy And Safe Working Conditions When Performing Construction Works.
