The Term Of Operation Of The Contracts For The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Is 1 / One / Year From The Date Of Receipt Of A Contract Or Until The Specified Funds Under The Respective Execution Contract, Which Circumstance Has Occurred Earlier. In The Event That The Term Of The Contract Expires But Does Not Exhaust The Total Value Of The Contract, The Parties Sign An Additional Agreement On The Grounds Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act.
