This Procedure Aims At Awarding A Public Procurement With An Object Involving Print And Delivery Services Through The Purchase Of Calendars - Goods Included In The List Under Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. On The Grounds Of Art. From The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Retains The Contract For The Participation Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities. The Procurement Procedure May Be Involved In Persons Registered As Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities, Provided That: - At Least 30 Percent Of Their Listing Composition Is From Disabled People Or Disadvantaged. - Have Registration, As Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities, At Least Three Years Before The Date Of Opening The Specific Procedure For The Award Of A Public Procurement. - They Can Perform At Least 80 Percent Of Its Subject With Its Own Machines, Equipment And Human Resources. Other Stakeholders May Also Participate In The Procedure, But Their Offers Are Only Considered If There Are No Offers Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities. Their Estimated Quantities For The Term Of The Contract Are As Follows: Calendar Working - 9 400 Pieces In Total; Calendar Multi -Leaf - 1,000 In Total; Pyramid Calendar - 1,000 In Total; Desktop Calendar - 1,000 In Total. For The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Will Order The Materials Through Separate Custom Requests And Delivery Orders Depending On Its Specific Needs. The Contract Has A Term Of 25 (Twenty -Five) Months From The Date Of Its Entry Into Force. Applications For Manufacturing, Respectively, Contract Delivery Orders Can Be Sent Within The First 24 Months Of Launching Its Execution.
