The Subject Of The Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Delivery Of The Quantities Of Net Active Electricity At The Level Of Medium And Low Voltage And The Relevant Related Services, Incl. To Fulfill His Duties As A Balancing Group Coordinator. The Supply Of Electricity Must Be In Accordance With The Current Regulatory Documents: The Energy Act (Ea), The Rules For Trade In Electricity (Ptee) And Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electricity (Pikee). The Estimated Value Includes Regulatory Prices For Transmission And Access Through/To The Electricity Distribution Networks, For Transmission And Access Through/To The Electricity Transmission Network, Price For Obligations To Society, Other Prices And Excise Duties. The Estimated Value Does Not Bind The Contracting Authority To Consume It Or Limit It. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity From The Contracting Authority - Hospital St. Marina Ead, For A Period Of 1 (One) Year Is A Total Of 10,000 Mwh: For Objects Of The Contracting Authority, Connected To The Electricity Distribution Network At The Medium Voltage Level - 9 600 Mwh; For Objects Of The Contracting Authority Connected To The Low Voltage Level, 400 Mwh. The Full Scope Of The Order Is In Accordance With The Technical Specification To The Approved Documentation For Participation. The Opening, Evaluation And Ranking Of The Received Tenders Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 104, Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Act In Accordance With Art. 61, Para. 1 (1St Sentence) And Para. 2, 3 And 4 Of Pppop. On The Grounds Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act Is Applied So -Called. Inverted For The Procedure. The Contracting Authority Has Provided The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Being Carried Out Before The Check For The Grounds For Removal And Compliance With The Set Criteria For Selection.
