The Subject Of The Contract Includes Construction And Assembly Works (Construction Works) In Connection With Ongoing Repair In Dg No. 40 Childrens World, Varna. The Construction Works Fall Within The Scope Of The Fourth Category According To Art. 137 Para. 1, Item 4, Letter E Of The Spatial Planning Act (Zut). The Procurement Is Divided Into The Following Lots: 1. Lot # 1: “Repair Of An External Balcony -Et.1, Body B - Left 2. Lot # 2: “Repair Of A Playground Ent. B And A Nursery Group Buratino 3. Lot # 3: Radiators And Heating System Repair The Term Of Construction Of The Construction Works Is As Follows: On A Separate Order No. 1- To 20 / Twenty / Working Days From The Date Of Opening Of The Construction Site To The Date Of Signing Act No. 19 For The Actual Repair Activities. On A Separate Order № 2- To 20 / Twenty / Working Days From The Date Of Opening Of The Construction Site / After The Completion Of The Repair Activities Under Op No. 3 / Up To The Date Of Signing Act No. 19 For The Actually Performed Repair Activities. On A Separate Order No. 3- To 10 / Ten / Working Days From The Date Of Opening Of The Construction Site To The Date Of Signing Act No. 19 For The Actual Repair Activities. Each Participant May Submit An Offer For One Or More Lots.
