Tenders Are Invited For Exercise Independent Construction Supervision In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works At The Site: Complex Of Two Centers For Resident Care For Adults With Mental Disorders (Rgplpr) And One Center For Specialized Support For Persons With Disabilities And Their Families (Cspluts)
The Subject Of This Contract Is The Exercise Of Construction Supervision For The Execution Of Construction Complex Of Two Centers For Resident Care For Adults With Mental Disorders (Rgplpr) And One Center For Specialized Support For Persons With Disabilities And Their Families (Csspluts), Upi Xv-581. Sub -Project 1 - Consisting Of Body A - Administration, Body B And Body B - Buildings For Resident Care Sub -Project 2 - Consisting Of The Dg - Center For Specialized Support For Disabled Persons And Their Families (Csspluts). The Specific Responsibilities Of The Selected Contractor Are Related To The Exercise Of Construction Supervision. The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Investment Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Spatial Planning Act, As Well As For Those Resulting From Art. 178 Of The Spa, As Well As Other Applicable Provisions Of The Current Legislation. Construction Supervision Is Implemented In The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Spatial Planning Act, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3/31 July 2003 On The Preparation Of Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Regulation In The Construction And Evaluation Of The Construction Products And All Legal And Regulations And Regulations.
