Procedure Under Art. 186 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Act For The Delivery Of New Computer Equipment, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Conditions Of This Documentation. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Not Divided Into Separate Positions. Participants Should Submit A Full -Time Offer For The Whole Subject Of The Public Procurement. Computer Equipment Subject To This Public Procurement Is Described In Detail By Type, Quantity And Quality In The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation - Annex 1. The Computer Equipment Offered By The Participants Must Be Responsible For The Data From The Technical Specification - Annex No 1. All Costs For The Delivery Of Computer Equipment And Warranty Support, Which Includes The Reserve Parts. The Contractor Provides A Warranty Period Of The Delivered Equipment Not Less Than The One Specified In The Technical Specification-Annex 1. The Warranty Period Begins To Run From The Date Of Delivery, Certified By A Bilaterally Signed Protocol. Participants Must Have The Necessary Staff, Including A Service Specialist And A Service Base. They Should Guarantee Time To Visit The Site Of A Service Specialist, In The Event Of A Malfunction Of The Apparatus, Within A Period Not Later Than 6 (Six) Hours And The Defense Of The Failure Within 24 (Twenty-Four) Hours From The Time Of Notification To The Contractor. If A Longer Period Of Damage Is Required, It Must Be Determined By A Bilateral Protocol Stating The Objective Reasons For This. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver A Turnover Technique From The Same Type To The Repair Of The Damage.
