Golden Sands For 24 Months. Estimated Value Up To Bgn 3 150 000 Excluding Vat. Estimated Quantity: 4 500 000 Kwh. Lot 2 -Delivery Of Electricity For Low And Medium Voltage By A Supplier From The Last Instance For Sites Located On The Territory Of Varna District, With The Exception Of K.K. Golden Sands For A Period Of 24 Months. Estimated Value Up To Bgn 54 600 000 Excluding Vat. Estimated Quantity: 91 000 000 Kwh. The Subject Of The Contract For Both Lots Includes Execution By The Provider Of The Services Delivery Of Electricity From The Provider From The Last Instance And Liability For Balancing Of The Objects Of The Contracting Authority - Pumping And Treatment Plants, Administrative Buildings, Reservoirs, Etc. The Dpi Assumes The Responsibility For Balancing For The Period In Which It Supplies Electricity To The Client As A Dpi. The Contracting Authority Pays To The State Security Council Through A General Invoice (Invoices) The Value Of The Electricity Reported Through The Means Of Commercial Measurement (Meters) Installed In The Objects Of The Contracting Authority And According To The Price Of The Contractor, Determined By Approved By The Methodology. Start Of Performance - From The Moment Of The Occurrence Of Circumstances Requiring The Supply Of Electricity From The State Security Service To The Date On Which The Replacement Of The Supplier From The Last Instance With Another Supplier And Coordinator In The Electricity Market At Freely Agreed Prices Within The Term Of The Contract Comes Into Force. The Financing Of The Public Procurement Is Provided By The Company With Its Own Funds.
