3.1 The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Related To The Construction Of The Surface On Poviat Road No. 1250N On The Sugajenko -Mroczno Section, Within The Borders Of The Existing Road Lane, Km 5+690 To 9+780. 3.2 The Scope Of Works Is The Implementation Of: Renovation Of The Surface, Renovation Of Exits And Renovation Of The Roadsides. 3.3 The Task Includes In Particular: Preparatory Robots, Road (Strengthening The Surface), Finishing Works, As -Built Documentation. 3.4 The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Design Documentation (Annex 9 To Swz), The Bill Of Quantities (Annex 10 To Swz) And The Detailed Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Annex No. 11 To Swz) 3.5 The Valuation Of The Works Should Be Made On The Basis Of The Bill Of Quantities And Detailed Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works. 3.6 In The Event Of Discrepancies In The Documents Listed In Point 3.4 The Contractor Is Obliged To Report This Fact To The Employer In Writing. The Contracting Authority Will Then Change The Swz Content By Unifying These Provisions, While Introducing Appropriate Changes In The Indicated Documents. 3.7 All Indicated In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.4 Swz, Trademarks, Names Or Origin Should Be Understood As Examples And Considered Together With The Word Equivalent, Provided That They Guarantee Obtaining Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Founded In The Above -Mentioned Documents. The Equivalent Means The Use Of Materials And Devices Having Functional Features And Parameters The Same Or Similar To Those Adopted In The Calculations Or Shown In The Drawings, They Must Also Have Current Certificates And Technical Approvals. The Quality Of Equivalent Materials And Devices May Not Be Worse Than The Quality Of Specific Products Specified In The Project Documentation, But Marked With Another Trademark, Patent Or Origin. 3.8 The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With Article 568. § 1 Of The Act Of 23 April 1964. Civil Code, Is 5 Years From The Date Of Issue. 3.9 The Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract Is Not Less Than 60 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Task. The Warranty Period Provides In This Proceeding The Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers, And When The Contractor Offers A Period Of Quality Guarantee For Performed Works Longer Than 84 Months (7 Years) From The Date Of Final Acceptance, The Contracting Authority Will Take The Warranty Period As 84 Months3.10 Designation According To The Joint Order Dictionary: Cpv 45233142-6.
