The Bill Of Quantities Attached To Swz Is An Auxiliary. The Contractor Is Obliged To Thoroughly Check The Actual Amount Of Works With Design Documentation. Below Are The Main Elements Of The Works Planned To Perform:- Technical And Utility Requirements: Class D- Traffic Category Kr1- One-Caring Road, With One Lane, Intended For Traffic In Both Directions,- Basic Road Width- 3.5 M; - A Foundation Made Of Natural Aggregate With A Gr. 10 Cm- Bituminous Surface With A Thickness Of 5 Cm- Roadside From Natural Aggregate With A Width Of 0.75 M- Exits From Natural Aggregate And Bituminous Scope Of Works Include:- Execution Of Measuring Works,- Construction Of A Natural Aggregate Foundation,- Making A New Surface From Asphalt Concrete With A Width Of 3.5 M And A Thickness Of 5 Cm- Adjustment, Protection And Reconstruction Of Underground Technical Infrastructure (Water Supply, Electrical, Telecommunications),- Preparing An Inventory Of As-Built And Obtaining It To The Appropriate Geodetic Resource; Due To The Fact That The Contract For Construction Works Will Be A Flat-Rate Contract, In The Event Of Performing More Works During The Works Of More Work In Any Predecessor, This Would Not Be Considered Additional Works With Additional Remuneration. Any Lack In The Pre -City Of Works Necessary To Perform Resulting From The Project Documentation Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of The Project In The Contractual Price.
