The Subject Of This Contract Is The Execution Of Works Related To The Renovation Of Building No. 1 In Tarnobrzeg (Ul. Trzebiczna 1). The Scope Of Work Includes The Execution Of Demolition, Disassembly, Roofing, Assembly, Installation Works (Including Water And Sewage, Electrical) And General Construction. The Detailed Scope Of The Work, The Performance Of Which Is The Subject Of This Contract, Is Presented In: A) The Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Renovation Works; B) A Pre -Office Of Works; The Documents Constitute An Integral Part Of This Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. C) Project Documentation - The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Familiarizing Themselves With The Project Documentation During A Local Vision. All Of The Above -Mentioned Documents Are Illustrative. In Connection With The Above, The Employer Requires A Local Vision By Contractors. The Execution Of A Local Vision By Contractors Is An Obligatory Condition Enabling Participation In The Proceedings. This Means That In Accordance With Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 18) Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law The Ordering Party Rejects The Offer If It Was Submitted Without A Local Vision Or Without Checking The Documents Necessary To Perform The Contract Available On Site At The Contracting Authority, If The Contracting Authority Required This In The Order Documents. A Document Confirming The Participation Of A Given Contractor In A Local Vision Will Be A Note From A Local Vision Prepared In Duplicate, Of Which One Copy Will Be For The Contracting Authority, While The Other For The Contractor. The Note Will Be An Attachment To The Report On The Proceedings Referred To In Chapter Xxxi Item 16) Swz. Dates Of Local Vision And Insight Into The Project Documentation: 1) 16.07.2025. One Day In Advance. Contractors Are Obliged To Appear At The Gate Of Building No. 1 In Tarnobrzeg For About 15 Minutes. Before The Planned Start Of The Vision To Make Formalities Related To Entering The Complex. Each Vision Participant Is Obliged To Have An Identity Document. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have One Local Vision At The Date Of His Choice. In A Situation Where The Contractor Interested In Submitting The Offer Finds Out About The Conducted Proceedings After The Date Of The Last Local Vision, I.E. After 21.07.2025, He Is Obliged To Submit An Application To The Employer To Set An Additional Date For Local Vision Through A Party To The Conducted Proceedings, I.E.
