The Order Of The Contract Includes In Particular: The Development Of Complete Project Documentation Together With Obtaining: Decisions, Opinions, Certificates Necessary To Obtain A Decision Of A Building Permit, E.G. Arrangements Of Coordination Meeting, Water Permits, Decisions For Felling (If There Is A Need To Obtain An Environmental Decision) And Developing For The Purposes Of Implementing The Construction Of Technical Specifications And Acceptance Of Construction Works Works, A Bill Of Quantity, An Investor Cost Estimate Together With A Collective List Of Costs And An Agreed Project Of Permanent Traffic Organization. The Concise Indication Of The Scope Of Design Work Is Included In The Opz-Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Together With Attachments) Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.2.
