The Subject Of The Contract Is The Maintenance Of Window Joinery In The Building Of The Nursing Home At Ks. M. Zawiebłowskiego 20 In Izdebnie Kościelny. The Consent Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments And The Building Permit (Attached) Was Issued For The Implementation. 10 Pieces Of Box Windows And 1 Piece Of Terrace Doors On The First Floor Of The Building Are Planned For Renovation. A Flat -Rate And Quantitative Agreement Will Be Concluded For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Woodwork Repair Contract, Where Individual Prices Proposed In The Offer Cost Estimate Are Fixed And The Quantities Are Variable. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract Is 4 Months From Its Signing. 1. The Material Scope Of The Task (Synthetic Description Of Planned Conservation, Restoration Or Construction Works At The Monument): The Implementation Of Works As Part Of The Task Provides For Conservation Work On A Historic Terrace Door (1 Item) And Box Windows (10 Pcs) On The North Side Of The Building. As Part Of The Application, It Will Be Made, Among Others :- Photographic Documentation Of The Condition Of Joinery Before Maintenance,- Disassembly And Securing All Possible Elements,- Disinfestation To Deactivate Wooden Ears,- Removal Of Paint Layers From Window Frames,- Priming The Woodwork With Prior Stinging,- Tailing The Elements And Carpentry For Colorless Painting, Polishing. Window Frames,- Replacement Of Window Sash Slats,- Replacement Of Damaged Hood Slats,- Manual Scraping And Grinding Of Fine-Grained Planes With Abrasive Paper,- Re-Glazing Of Wooden Frames Of Removable Single And Insinging,- Surface Priming,- Surface Painting,- Installation Of Surfaces And Windows In The Frame Window After Completion Of The Fittings Together With The Adjustment And Setting Of The Fittings. The Work Will Be Carried Out Under The Supervision Of The Conservator. Note: Due To The Performance Of Work In An Active Building, This Should Be Taken Into Account In The Calculation Of Unit Prices. The Scope Of The Works Provided For This Tender Includes An Offer Cost Estimate (Annex 8 To Swz). The Order Also Includes The Organization Of The Construction Site And The Implementation Of Other Works Required For Technology. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Annex 9 To Swz. Possible Unforeseen Robots Will Be Settled On A Separate Order With The As -Built Cost Estimate As Complementary Or Replacement Works.
