The Subject Of The Contract Is Maintenance, Repair, Renovation And Archiving Of 200 Books Of The Registry Office Located In The State Of The Company Of The Municipal Office Of Kościan In Accordance With Conservation Art. The Work Is To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions And Requirements Set Out In Annex 4 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Of October 20, 2015 (Journal Of Laws Of 2019 (Journal Of Laws Of 2019 246). The Completed Works Are To: • Mechanical Purification, • Putting And Straightening Cards • Removal Of Metal Elements, Protection And Impregnation Of Rust Residues In Papers • Strengthening Weakened Paper, Especially In Places Of Microbial Growth • Repair Of Mechanical Damage By Reversible Methods Using Non -Vasted Materials • Straightening And Stabilization Of Deformed Blocks • The Luminaire Of Volumes While Maintaining All Historical Elements (Labels, Signs, Seals, Etc.), Sewing With Natural Threads, Replacement Of The Binding For New, New Stickers Must Be Made Of Acid -Free Paper, • Preparation Of Packaging From Unicated Materials, After Agreeing With The Client • Contractor On His Own And At His Own Expense Will Receive The Book From The Head Of The City Hall And At His Own Expense Al.
