1 Package: Soup - 45 Dishes, V Package: Second Course - 95 Dishes. The Reserve Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Amount Of Meals Delivered During The School Year, The Number Of Ordered Meals Depends On The Attendance Of Pupils And Preschoolers In Accordance With The Actual Demand. The Number Of Ordered Meals Will Give The Contractor To The Contractor By 10:00 At The Latest Preceding The Delivery. The Contracting Authority Has A Facilities In The Form Of A School Canteen Along With Facilities For Issuing Meals (Rooms In The Kitchen At The School Canteen). Delivery Will Take Place 5 Days A Week. Meals Will Be Issued: Kindergarten: Breakfast At 9:00, Dinner At 12:00, Afternoon Tea 14: 30, School: Soup 11:35, Dinner Ii Dish: 12: 35, Excluding Public Holidays And Holidays And Holidays. In The Month Of August 2025, Only Dinner Will Be Issued For The Kindergarten. The Scope Of The Contractors Duties Should Be Issued To Spend Meals And Maintain The Cleanliness Of The Canteen. The Employer Reserves That He Has The Right To Not Have A Full Contract In The Full Value Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Guarantees The Contractor The Implementation Of Orders With A Value Not Lower Than 30% Of The Gross Remuneration Value Specified In Par. 4 Para. 1 Of The Draft Contract. 2. Order Processing Deadline: From 01/09/2025 To 26/06/2026 - School, From 25/08/2025 To 31/07/2026 - Kindergarten, On All Business Days, Excluding Christmas Breaks, School Holidays, Public Holidays Or Didactic Classes. 3. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Contractor Will Prepare And Present For The Approval Of The School Head, Three -Day In Advance, A Weekly Menu With The Caloric Content Of Meals And Specifying The Nutrients And Taking Into Account The Weight: Soup - 300/200 Ml, Second Course - Meat/Fish 100/80 G., Porridge/Rice/Potatoes 250/200 G., Vegetable 150 G. G., Compote 250/200 Ml. The Contractor Accepted By The School Headmaster Will Place At The School Canteen. 2) All Meals Must Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations. The Menu Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 26 July 2016 On Food Groups Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In Units Of The Education System And The Requirements To Be Met By Foods Used As Part Of Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws 2016.1154). 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Meet The Requirements And Procedures Necessary To Ensure The Safety Of Food And Nutrition Referred To In The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) And Regulation (Ec) No 852/2004 Of The European Parliament And The Council On The Hygiene Of Foodstuffs (Journal Of Laws Of The Eu. 2004.139.1.). 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply Procedures In Accordance With The Sanitary Regime Specified For Educational Institutions By The Central Statistical Office And The Minist
