1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Students To The Educational Institution In The Bądkowo Commune In The 2025/2026 School Year Based On Personal Monthly Tickets. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Subject Of The Contract In The Period From September 1, 2025 To June 26, 2026.2. The Transport Will Take Place In The Number Of Two Courses In The Morning And Three Courses In The Afternoon. A Detailed List Of Stops On Bus Routes (Annex 2 To Swz) And A Map With Bus Routes And Stops (Annex 3 To Swz). Forecast Number Of Students: Bus No. 1 - Route 1: 40 Students ± 4 Students (The Minimum Number Of Students Is: 36, The Maximum Number Of Students Is: 44), (Two Courses In The Morning, Three Courses In The Afternoon), Bus No. 2 - Route 2: 79 Students ± 8 Students (The Minimum Number Of Students Is: 71, The Maximum Number Of Students Is: 87), (Two Courses In The Morning), Bus No. 3 - Route 3: 62 Students ± 6 Students (The Minimum Number Of Students Is: 56, The Maximum Number Of Students Is: 68), (Two Courses In The Morning, Three Courses In The Afternoon). 3. The Number Of Students Is A Forecast Size And May Change During The Order. The Employer Allows A Change In The Number Of Students Delivered On Individual Routes Within The Minimum And Maximum Contained In Chapter V Para. 2 Swz. 4. The Number Of Students Depends On The Number Of Those Willing Among Those Entitled To Use The Delivery Within The Minimum And Maximum Recorded In Chapter V Para. 2 Swz.5. Due To The Reduction Of The Number Of Students, The Employer Does Not Provide For Additional Fees, And The Contractor Will Not Claim Or Demand Financial Compensation If The Value Of The Contract Is Less Than Estimated By The Contracting Authority. Provisions Regarding The Reduction Of Remuneration Due To The Limitation Of Delivery Due To The Occurrence Of Crisis Situations: Epidemics Of Infectious Diseases, Teaching Strikes Or Restrictions On The Functioning Of The Law Introduced By Law In The Provided For Other Reasons For Other Reasons In A Given Settlement Period Shall Apply Accordingly. In The Event Of Working Out School Classes On Another Day Off From Classes, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Delivery And Childrens Delivery, In Accordance With The Timetable Determined By The Contracting Authority. 7. Students Will Be Transported Based On Regular Communication Lines Formed By The Carrier With Priority Of The Passage Of Children And Youth. Regular Communication Lines
