Delivery Of Sachets, Needles And Footwear Maintenance Accessories For Dzsw. Detailed Quantitative And Qualitative Specification, Including The Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Contract, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Is Set Out In Annex 2 And Annex 1A To Swz. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Goods At Unit Prices Given In The Forms Of The Offer Price Calculation. Until The Receipt Of The Goods By The Ordering Party, The Risk Of All Dangers Related To Possible Damage Or Loss Is Borne By The Contractor. The Permanent Goods Must Have A Minimum Durability Period Of At Least 18 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Goods By The Contracting Authority. The Permanent Goods Will Be Placed In A Packaging That Protects Against Quantitative Or Qualitative Changes. Integrated Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Also The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 5 To Swz).
