5.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task Entitled Reconstruction Of The Bridge Over The Prosna River Along Poviat Road No. 4706E In The City Of Wyszanów - Execution Of Project Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Is The Project To Rebuild The Bridge Over The Prosna River Along Poviat Road No. 4706 E In The Town Of Wybanów Consisting In The Demolition Of An Existing 38.4M Building And Construction Of A New Facility. The Order Includes The Development Of Project Documentation Together With Obtaining The Final Zrid Decision Or Final Building Permit Together With Decisions, Arrangements And Contracts, Conditions, Expertise, Analyzes, Research, Agreements And Measurements Necessary To Obtain It And Properly Carrying Out The Task. The Design Documentation Must Be Agreed And Approved By Competent Authorities And Accepted By The Employer. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Zrid Decision Obtained By The Contractor Or Building Permits. The Investment Area Is Not Covered By A Local Spatial Development Plan. It Is Recommended That The Contractors Have A Local Vision In The Field And Get Acquainted With The Conditions Of The Reconstructed Road Sections. 5.2. Attachments To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Detailed Inspection Of The Bridge Facility - Annex No. 10 To Swz, 2) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 11 To Swz.5.3. Cpv Code: 71320000-7 Engineering Services In The Field Of Design71248000-8 Supervision Over The Project And Documentation. 5.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise The Documentation In Question To Maintain The Provisions Of The Pzp. The Documentation In Question Will Be A Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of Construction Works. Therefore, The Contractor Will Pay Special Attention To The Provisions Of Art. 99 Of The Pzp, Which Determines That The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To Privilege Or Eliminating Some Contractors Or Products. The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If The Contracting Authority Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, And Such An Indication Is Accompanied By Words Or Equivalent. If The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Described In The Manner Referred To In The Sentence Above, The Criteria Used To Assess The Equivalence Should Be Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Requirements For Availability For Disabled People And Intended For All Users When Performing The Documentation In Question.
