Tenders Are Invited For Providing Disabled Students With Free Transport And Care During Transport To Educational Institutions In The 2025/2026 School Year

The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Related To The Implementation Of The Obligation Specified In Art. 39 Paragraph 4 Of The Act Of 14 December 2016 - Educational Law, Consisting In Bringing And Care During Transport To: Part I • Schools Enabling The Implementation Of Team Revalidation And Educational Classes, I.E. The Special School Complex In Brzeg, Ul. Mossora 4, 49-300 Brzeg-One Student With Intellectual Disabilities In A Deep Degree Of Living In Namysłów (Moving In A Wheelchair) Addresses Of The Students Residence Will Be Transferred To The Contractor After Signing The Contract. The Service Will Be Implemented From 01/09/2025 To 26/06/2025 On All Days Of School Classes, In Accordance With The Calendar Of The 2025/2026 School Year. 188 Days Of Delivery Are Expected During The Order Processing Period. The Contractor, Bearing In Mind The Shortest Time Of The Students Traveling On The Go, Is Obliged To Take Students In The Morning (Agreed With The Parents) To School, And Then Bring Back Home After Class. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Service On Time And Punctually. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Constant Care Over The Transported Students. The Function Of A Guardian Can Only Be Performed By An Adult With Legal Capacity. The Driver Of The Guardian Cannot Be Performed By A Vehicle Driver Who Will Be Transported By Students. A Person Serving As A Guardian Will Be Obliged To Take Students From A Parent/Parents, Take Care Of Them During Transport And Pass Them On, After Arriving At School, Under The Care Of A Teacher Or Guardian At School, Then After Completing The Classes To Pick Up Students From The Teacher, Take Care Of Them During Transport And Pass On To The Parent/Parents After Returning. A Person Acting As A Guardian Should Be Equipped With A Community Center, E.G. A Mobile Phone, Enabling Contact With The Parent/Parents Of Students. The Landlord Reserves The Right To Increase The Number Of Students Delivered, Taking Into Account The Capabilities Of The Car To Which The Transport Will Be Carried Out. In The Event Of Temporary Inability To Provide Transport Services, In Justified Cases (E.G. During The Disease Or Vehicle Failure), The Contractor Undertakes To Immediately Organize A Replacement Ensuring An Equal Level Of Services. The Contractor May Not Entrust The Provision Of The Service Being The Subject Of The Subcontractor, Without The Prior Written Consent Of The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Also Undertakes To: 1) Ensure A Means Of Transport, Which Meets The Requirements Set Out In The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law And Other Provisions Related To The Transport Of Persons, Including The Transport Of A Wheelchair In The Case Of The Order Referred To In Point 1 (A Child With Disabilities May Be Transported On A Properly Secured Wheelchair Or In The Passenger Seat, Including A Stroller In The Trunk); 2) Having A Current Technical Review Of The Vehicle; 3) Having Current Civil Liability
