The University, Facilities Management Department, is responsible for the maintenance, operation and legal compliance of the Fire Protection and Suppression Systems at the University. It is against this background that the Department is tasked with the responsibility to appoint a reputable Service Provider/s to carry out the maintenance of The Fire Protection and Suppression at the University, as specified below. 1.2 The successful Service Provider will be appointed in view of the ethos of the University to continuously measure and monitor the overall performance in the use of effective and efficient management practices and technological expertise. 1.3 The service will be required at the following Sites: Hatfield Campus South Campus - Hatfield Groenkloof Campus Medical Campus - Prinshof Onderstepoort Campus Mamelodi Campus Hillcrest Campus LC de Villiers Hillcrest Campus Innovation Africa @ UP Residences-All campuses Kalafong - Klinika Daspoort Clinic Anton van Wouw house Hillcrest Campus Engineering IV Javett Future Africa Hippokrates Important Information: UP can only access tender submissions after the closing date and time.
