Prequalifications are invited for Design, Development & Implementation of Financial Education Programme for KCB Group. . This document serves to prequalify firms/organisations experienced in DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION OF FINANCIAL EDUCATION PROGRAMME for KCB Group. Program Objectives: 1. Enhance core financial literacy (budgeting, saving, investing, responsible borrowing) 2. Teach income management strategies for individuals with variable earnings 3. Educate on credit access, including credit scores and responsible borrowing practices 4. Support business formalization and tax compliance 5. Introduce sustainable wealth-building through insurance, investments, and asset diversification 6. Develop negotiation and pricing skills for fair compensation 7. Promote digital finance solutions (mobile banking, digital wallets, e-commerce) 8. Guide long-term financial planning and business scalability Scope of Work 1. Program Design & Curriculum Development tailored to different segments (Under 18, 18 to 35, 35 to 45, 45 and above). 2. Digital Platform Development & Program Delivery 3. Deliver financial literacy training primarily through the digital platform, ensuring scale and accessibility for mass audiences. 4. Facilitate in-person workshops for creatives, with logistical and financial support from KCB Foundation. 5. Leverage partnerships with financial experts, tax consultants, and industry leaders to provide practical insights and mentorship opportunities. 6. Ensure inclusivity and accessibility, reaching individuals in rural and urban areas through digital learning and community engagement programs. 7. Offer targeted financial coaching for specialized groups, particularly creatives who require blended learning solutions. 8.
