Heat; F) Installation Of Energy -Saving Fittings; G) Installation Of The Solar Installation. 2) Subject Of The Contract And The Conditions Of Its Implementation Are Determined In Detail: A) Project Documentation; B) Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works; C) The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract. 3) The Following Do Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, They Perform Only An Auxiliary Function When Valuing The Contract And Are Not Binding In Any Way. The Order Valuation Should Be Made On The Basis Of Project Documentation. 4) If The Order Documents Indicated Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Sources Or Special Processes, Characterizing Products, Materials, Solutions Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Manufacturer, Or Norms And Other References Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 Or Para. 3 Of The Act, They Should Be Treated As Examples, While The Employer Allows The Offering Of Equivalent Materials Or Solutions. The Equivalent Is Considered To Be Materials, Devices Or Solutions With Parameters Not Worse Than The Required, And If The Minimum Parameters Have Not Been Specified, It Should Be Understood As Materials, Devices Or Solutions With Similar Parameters, Suitable For Required Use, Including In Terms Of The Identity Technical.
